Free transcription | You can write your name in English and select a "Japanese" font, in which case we will take care of the transcription. Note that several translations exist for the same name and that we cannot accept claims. (Please use the text field to add a comment if the pronunciation is unusual. If you already have a translation, please attach a picture). We do not translate expressions, only names or words. Requests for expression translations will be ignored and refunded. Please also note that initials cannot be translated in Japanese. Consequently, they will always be embroidered in English. | |
Limitations |
We embroider in Japanese and English only (no Chinese, Korean, etc.) For any special request/logo embroidery, contact us prior to your order. (Comments including such undiscussed request, will be ignored). The maximum embroidery length is 20 cm (depending on the length of the content, font size will be adapted). |

Non-Integrated Embroidery - Seido Tag (Position 1)
- Non integrated embroideries are visible on the opposite side of the belts and come over the belt stitchings.
- If you have your name in position 1, we recommend to embroider the martial art name or the dojo name in position 2.
- The letter size is about 3 cm / letter.
- We recommend to keep the embroidery content relatively short to avoid the embroidery getting caught in the knot.
- Non-integrated embroideries are charged per word. Note that Initials count as 1 word. As a result, "Initial + Name" is 2 words. Initials not paid for will be ignored.
- Initials are never written in Japanese. They always appear in Romaji (alphabet).

Deluxe Slim White Belt
100% Cotton | Bleached | Made in Japan
Shrinkage: ~2% | Width: 4.5 cm | 10 lines of stitching
Embroidery possible: Non-integrated only
Like all of our belts, this model is based on Kodokan guidelines, which is the most widespread standard in Japan.
White belts are generally manufactured outside of Japan (China, Korea etc.), but as practitioners of Aikido, we know that a white belt is sometimes worn for more than 5 years, so we have decided to propose a model of high quality entirely made in Japan.
The result of our research should provide you complete satisfaction and total durability! Fully made in Japan using Japanese materials also used for black belts that provide a quality unmatched by any other manufacturer for white belts! Always with Aikido in mind, the cotton core remains very flexible so as not to be a hindrance when doing ukemi (falling), but also to give it a reasonably sized knot for wearing with a Hakama. This model is equivalent to the "Slim" black belt model.
When selected, the Aikikai mark is stitched on the opposite end (blank end) of the belt (see product picture).
