We are open from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (Japan Time / UTC+9).
We are closed on weekends and Japanese national holidays as well as a few days mid-August for O'bon and a few days around new year.

Seido is an online sales specialized company, and as so, we do not have the logistics to welcome customers for "in store" purchase. It is possible to pre-order via email for an office pick up, but it is not possible to make a non reserved purchase on site. If containing made to order or personalized items, orders to pick up at the office must be paid online (credit card) at the time of the order. Other items can be reserved via email and paid in cash at the office (cash only, we do not have a physical credit card terminal).
