Tensho Fuchi/Kashira - FKM109

Those made in Japan Fuchi and Kashira are of classic Tensho design. The Tensho style became famous because of the famous Samurai Akechi Mitsuhide, who used a variation of the design on his own sword.
The main feature of this set is that the Kashira is made of genuine water buffalo horn. due to its shape without kashira hole, the tsuka wrapping must come over the Kashira, as in the product picture. The Fuchi is made of brass.

Minosaka's Iaito lineup allows many customizations but each model is fixed and named depending on its Fuchi & Kashira. This model is the default Fuchi/Kashira set mounted on the Tensho Koshirae. (Please note that this model of Fuchi/Kashira may be difficult to fit to your Tsuba)
